There is no wrong way to FEEL,   or to FELT

Felt Your Healing Narratives

Needle felted narratives offer a new therapeutic tool to help process and possibly share your story of grief, healing, challenge, and triumph.  Participants will learn basic techniques of needle felting, while engaging in mindful and purposeful acts of personal healing.  This therapeutic process can be delicate and emotional, as such, great care will be taken to foster an environment conscious of safety and the differing needs of each person in the space.  No felting/art experience is  necessary and all will leave with a tangible celebration of their journey in hand.

3 hours, materials included.

Individuals …….$ 90              Groups of 3-8…….$75/person

Felt Your Healing Extended Release Narratives

(5 sessions)  Extended release narratives are offered as a series of consecutive days, evenings or weeks.  We will engage with one small intentional project each session, celebrating  mini magical moments and honoring small step progress.  Additionally, over 5 sessions, we will work on a larger scale project, providing each person the  ongoing opportunity for  continued internal conversation and healing intention with each purposeful poke.  This brief therapeutic space is appropriate for individuals, couples, families, treatment groups, and organizations seeking to strengthen their fiber.   Project materials are included.

Individuals…….$400      Groups of 3-8……$325/person
